BAAC Flanders acquired by management
BAAC Flanders is an independent research organization that provides a comprehensive range of archaeological and building history research and advisory services. BAAC Flanders is positioned as a renowned player with over 10 years of experience, 50 employees, offices in Evergem and Heist-op-den-Berg, and executes over 300 projects annually. BAAC has conducted multiple extraordinary excavations, including a 1000-year-old medieval well and several British trenches originating from World War I.
BAAC's Flemish branch has been acquired by its management team. BAAC Flanders operated as an independent entity within the Dutch BAAC group. Following this management buy-out, BAAC Flanders fully operates independently.
With the acquisition, the management ensures the continuity of the company. Additionally, BAAC’s management aims to strengthen its market position and enhance company exposure.
