2023 World M&A Alliance annual conference Dublin

UK and Ireland-based Goodbody hosted this year’s World M&A Alliance annual conference in Dublin last week, with delegates travelling from the US, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, India, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and Poland. As a member of World M&A Alliance, Blacktrace works closely with our alliance colleagues on cross-border corporate finance opportunities.
We were delighted to learn from guest speakers Mandy O'Sullivan, Head of Corporate Finance at DCC plc, and Seamus Egan, Head of Corporate Development at Uniphar plc who provided delegates with an insight into their companies and their international M&A criteria, along with Goodbody Chief Economist Dermot O'Leary who presented on the macro-economic landscape. It was an collaborative weekend and we look forward to meeting our alliance colleagues in person again next year.
